Have you ever experienced trying to join 2 geometry elements, but they never will join?
One of the reasons for this is that if you zoom in very closely to the endpoints where the elements appear to coincide you may see a very small gap between them. If this gap is larger than the accuracy of the currently selected post processor (set in $722 & $732) they simply will not join. The gap between the element needs to be less than the accuracy set in the post for the elements to join.
EXAMPLE TO TRY:
Create 2 geometries with a gap between of 0.001mm. Set $722 & $732 to 3 in the post processor. The 2 elements can be joined successfully.
If you now create 2 elements with a gap between them of 0.011mm. $722 & $732 should be set to 3 in the post processor. The 2 elements will not join.
