Windows 98 Animated Scrolling is a NO NO as far as List NC To Screen is concerned. I cannot stand the way it scrolls so slowly.
Right Click on your desktop and select "properties"
Goto the Effects Tab and uncheck
"Animate windows,menus and Lists"
This speeds things up a bit.
