Very occasionally, AlphaCAM key codes (key upgrade / rescue / Extra cost options) will not work. The events leading up to this have to be a little bizarre in that the customer may have changed his PC and his key, then forgotten to copy certain files from his old PC etc etc etc.
If key codes are causing problems you can always start again. You should search for and delete the alphaopt.cfg and the alphakey.dat files from the customer PC.
One of these may not exist in some cases. However when they have both been deleted the user will always be prompted for a new key code in the first instance.
Then follow the procedure on the screen. At least you know you are now starting with a clean installation.
