Router and Stone
- New: Include Arcs option and Minimum Profile Radius value added to Sawing function (Standard level and higher)
- With Include Arcs checked on, external arcs that are larger than the Minimum Profile Radius will be sawed. With this option checked off, only lines will be sawed.
NOTE: When using the Include Arcs option, 5-axis tool paths a generated, regardless of the Alphacam level, and the Post must be programmed to accommodate this using TAX, TAY, TAZ.
To output actual arc moves rather than line segments, in a Template Post set $585 (Allow 5-axis Helical Arcs with Tool Vector) to 1, and in a VBA Post set PostConfigure.Allow5AxisHelicalArcs to True
- Enhanced: View | Options | Material Cut now displays the blade edges for saw tool paths (with Quick Shading mode off)
