When configuring the database connection within the Data Link Properties dialog, it may be necessary to change the value of item 2 within the Connection tab.
If the database connection fails when using the "Use Windows NT Integrated security" option, please select the "Use a specific user name and password" option and enter the following information...
User name: sa (lower case)
Password: Planit (this may also be Licom for older installs)
Once these values have been entered, ensure that the "Allow saving password" option is checked ON. This will prevent the user from having to re-enter the password again.
